Shipping Policy

At Noir Hawkhide, we work with both ready-made products and items made to order. Delivery times therefore depend on the type of product you have ordered.

Made-to-order items

Products that are made to order—including custom-made and personalized items—have an estimated production time stated on the individual product page.

The stated production time is an estimate and refers to the time before the item is shipped. Once production is complete, the item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Ready-made products

Ready-made products marked as ready to ship are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment has been received.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the selected shipping method and destination.

International shipping

We ship both within Denmark and internationally. For shipments to countries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply and are imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including shipping carriers, customs processing, or high demand periods. Noir Hawkhide cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
