Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products (made-to-order / custom orders)
• Gift cards

Sale items are generally not eligible for return under our voluntary 30-day return policy. However, this does not affect the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for customers within the European Union, unless the item is exempt under applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your delivery address is within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting contact@noirhawkhide.com or by submitting a return request through your customer account:

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

You may inspect the item in the same way you would in a physical store. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may be liable for any diminished value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products (made-to-order / custom orders)

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item unless otherwise agreed.

For customers outside the European Union, our standard 30-day return and refund policy applies.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU customer, we will also reimburse the original standard shipping cost. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
