Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (made-to-order / custom orders)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU legislation.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, with tags intact, in its original packaging—and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

For customers outside the EU, our standard return and refund policy applies.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
